The Turnover Summary is a new report that answers a question that used to take several screens and a spreadsheet: how far along is this project, sequence by sequence?
It lays out every sequence in the project with three numbers against each one, for shots and for assets separately: how many were budgeted, how many have been turned over, and how many remain. Each side carries its own percent complete, so shot progress and asset progress can be read independently instead of being averaged into a single figure that hides one behind the other.
Underneath the sequence tables is a vendor breakdown showing the latest round by vendor, with a legend identifying every vendor on the project.
The report generates as a PDF from the File Room, in the Generated Reports folder, and prints portrait on a cover sheet. It replaces the spreadsheet version, which required opening and formatting before it could be shared with anyone.
